This is about delayed customer service from a store where in all the money is paid. Store is not responding properly to address what they have promised
Best Answer:
As per my understanding all that you will need these documents:
1. receipt from the store about the purchase of the service
2. proof of payment made (may be your bank statement if paid by card)
3. detailed description of the commitment from the store

Go thru Customer Service Manager, Store Manager, go to Corporate, then nail their butt with a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if none of that works :)
